Nupur has gained a comprehensive experience of corporate and commercial laws and has advised the clients with respect to their business structuring as per applicable laws, day-to-day corporate and commercial legal requirements, labour related matters, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and intellectual property rights. She is also involved in investment advisory and has advised early-stage start-ups, growth stage companies, angel investors, and venture capital/private equity funds.

She has been involved in private equity and business transfer transactions from the nascent stage of term sheet execution and due-diligence till the drafting, negotiation and execution of the transaction documents. Her experience also includes advising extensively on RBI Regulations and has worked on matters pertaining to fintech companies, foreign direct investment, overseas direct investments, external commercial borrowing, non-banking financial companies and payment and settlement systems and related regulations.
