Transaction Announcement | Clove Legal represents Nine Dimensions in ₹120 Crore Bandra land transaction with Lemon Tree Hotels’ Subsidiary

We are pleased to announce that Clove Legal represented Nine Dimensions Housing LLP and its stakeholders in connection with the sale of a land parcel in Bandra (on Western Express Highway) near BKC in Mumbai, to Fleur Hotels Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, for a consideration of ₹120 Crore.

The transaction was completed on September 24, 2026 through registration of the Deed of Conveyance and related transaction documents.

The transaction was led by Mr. Amit Sirsikar, Founder & Senior Partner, and Ms. Drashti Mehta, Partner, from the Clove Legal team. Fleur Hotels Limited were advised by Dhaval Vussonji and Associates lead by Mr. Dhaval Vussonji.
